She was born Feb. 4, 1939, at Odessa, Texas, the daughter of Howard T. and Clara Williams Lake. She worked as a claims adjuster at Crawford & Co. in Great Bend and Dodge City. She was a resident of Great Bend most of her life. She belonged to St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend. On June 22, 1957, she married David Kinzel at Great Bend. He survives. Other survivors include: three sons, Mike, Des Moines, Iowa, Monte, Baxter, Iowa, and Stuart, New Orleans; a daughter, Lora Fuss, Lakin; a brother, David, Topeka; and six grandchildren. Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. today at Bryant-Christians Funeral Home, Great Bend. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend, with Father Warren Stecklein presiding. Burial will be in Great Bend Cemetery, Great Bend. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Bryant-Christians Funeral Home, Great Bend. Memorials may be sent to the American Lung Association, in care of the funeral home. Survivors include her husband of the home; three sons, Mike Kinzel of Des Moines, Iowa, Monte Kinzel of Baxter, Iowa, and Stuart Kinzel of New Orleans, La.; one daughter, Lora Fuss of Lakin; one brother, David Lake of Topeka; and six grandchildren.
