The Olympian; Olympia WA; 2007-4-25 Christeen Lynn Lake Christeen Lynn Lake passed away on Monday, April 16, 2007, at her home in McCleary, Washington after a long illness. She was 46. She was born on January 9, 1961 in McCleary to Donald and Helen Lake. She was preceded in death by her brother, Russell Lake, and her grandparents, D.W. "Piper" and Edith Lake, and Ray and Minnie Keith, all of the Grays Harbor area. She was single at the time of her death. She is survived by her parents, of McCleary; her two daughters, Amy Bosler, and grandson, Noah, and Angela Bosler, and granddaughter, Abbegayle, all of McCleary; her nephew, Ross Lake, of Oakville; and many other relatives and friends. She attended McCleary Grade School and Elma High School, receiving her G.E.D. from St. Martin's College in Olympia. She worked for the State of Washington, for the Satsop Nuclear Power Plant, as a real estate sales agent for McCleary Real Estate, and as a gambling license worker for several casinos in the area, and was licensed by the State of Washington as the proud business owner of Chris's Country Corner, a craft store in McCleary. She enjoyed family gatherings, camping, crafts, gardening, cooking, her friends, and trips to the casino. Her heart and soul went into her family, and she will be remembered as an amazing woman and mother. At her request, there will be no funeral. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held at the McCleary Community Center on Saturday, April 28, 2007, at 11:00 a.m.
