Death Is Probed

Port Colbourne, Ont. (UP) - Police today held Robert Barr, 26, Port
Colbourne and formerly of Montreal, on a vagrancy charge while they
investigated the death of Clarence Robbins, 30, Port Colbourne, who
allegedly died Sunday after being struck in the face by Barr.
