The Times Recorder - Zanesville OH Originally published June 28, 2005 FRAZEYSBURG - Cleda Lake, 74, of Toboso, died at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2005, at the LPN Health Care Facility in Newark. Born July 30, 1930, in Frazeysburg, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Mae Nethers Cunningham. Mrs. Lake was a retired employee of Licking Valley Schools, where she was a cook at Toboso Elementary School. She was a member of Old Stone Church of Christ and a volunteer at Zerger Hall in Newark. She also was a cook at church camp for many years and volunteered at many community activities. Surviving are her husband, Ralph E. Lake, whom she married Oct. 25, 1947; two daughters, Joyce (Charles) Brill of Zanesville and Donna (Larry) Thompson of Newark; a son, Daniel Lake; a brother Robert (Eleanor) Cunningham of Newark; six grandchildren, Jon (Stacy) Richardson of Frazeysburg, Jason (Erica) Richardson of Dresden, Todd McCorkle of Granville, Tina (Kyle) Williamson and Tera (Jim) Sentivany, both of Heath and Ashleah Lake of Pennsylvania; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Cunningham. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third St., Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2005, at the funeral home with Ministers Jody Holland and Charles Horsley officiating. Burial will be in Old Stone Church Cemetery.
