   EAVES, DARLENE SUE (LAKE)(WINTERS)
   Lansing (MI)
    Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away on September
8, 1999 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  Born December
17, 1946 in Greenville, MI. She was proceeded in death by her parents
Clarence Lake and Vivian (Norris) Lake, son Jason Anthony Winters and
grandson Anthony Ray Winters. Surviving are her husband Kenneth Eaves,
3 sons John Winters of Penwick MI, Dennis Winters and Nicholas Eaves,
both of Belding MI; daughter Renee (Michael) Arntz of Belding MI. Also
surviving are 8 grandchildren Jeremy, Cassandra, Joshua, Matthew, Ariel
and Savannah Winters and Jessica and Mikayla Arntz, brother Arden (Jeanne)
Lake of Carson City MI, Sheila Whorley of Hastings MI and Sharron Lake of
Alpine TX and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Darlene was a member of
the Fraternal Orders of Eagles Auxiliary #1039, serving as president in
1997-1998. A memorial service will be conducted by the FOE Auxiliary on
Friday at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1 p.m. at Huffman
Funeral Home, Belding MI Visitation eill be Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m
at the funeral home. Memorial contributions to Art Ehrman Cancer Fund,
envelopes available at the funeral home.
