Caldwell, Deborah Lynn (Lake)
Debbie was born in Ohio on January 12, 1950. On March 29, 2012 she
succumbed peacefully to lung and brain cancer surrounded by family. She
joined her father, Ivan Lake, mother, Mary Lake, and sister, Christine
Neville before the Throne of God. She is survived by her son Kurtis
Martin, the greatest love of her life. Also surviving are her sisters:
Sandy Dickman, Yvonne "Bunny" Green, Judy Rushin, Gail "Skippy" Beebout,
Katie Lake, and brothers: David Lake, Tim Lake, Jon Lake, Dan Lake,
and Pete Lake. Debbie chose to donate her body to research as a gift and
final act of love to all humanity. The family wishes to express gratitude
to Hospice of the Valley for the many services provided from the time
of diagnosis until death. Any donations to Hospice of the Valley, 1510
E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 850l4 in Debbie's name will be greatly
appreciated. At Debbie's request no public services are planned.
