Fayetteville, Pa. - Dora Mae Shaffer Lake, 72, of 291 Mount Cydonia Road,
died Sunday, July 4, 1999, at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital.  Born June 21,
1927, in Fort Loudon, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and
Emma Jane Yeager Murray.  She was employed at Stanley Co. of Chambersburg
for 26 years.  She was last employed at Burger King in Chambersburg.
She attended Spirit of Christ Community Church of Chambersburg.  She is
survived by one daughter, Linda J. Leonard of Fayetteville; two sisters,
Patsy J. Cline of Chambersburg and M. Pauline Hammond of Fannettsburg,
Pa.; four brothers, Garnet E. Yeager of Norristown, Pa., Charles W. Murray
of Fort Loudon, Pa., George E. Murray of Chambersburg and Fred L. Murray
of St. Thomas, Pa; one grandson and one great-granddaughter.  She was
preceded in death by three brothers.  Services will be Thursday at 3
p.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home, 47 N. Park Ave., Mercersburg, Pa.
The Rev. W.K. Lee will officiate.  Burial will be in Stenger Hill
Cemetery, Fort Loudon.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from
7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
