Doris M. Turner

Sept. 11, 1924 - Jan. 25, 2005 Doris Mae Lake Turner, 80, of Modesto died
Tuesday at Evergreen Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Turner was a native of
Nampa, Idaho, and had lived in Modesto 45 years. She was a bank teller
at Bank of America for 20 years. She is survived by her children, Joseph
Machado, John Eldon Turner and Timothy Fred Turner, all of Modesto;
step-children, JoAnn Miller of Dallas and Marybeth Busenbark of Learned,
Kan.; half brother, Michael L. Davis of Modesto; sisters, Marjorie Taylor
of Fresno and Nancy Jacobsens of Richmond; and three grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Turner; and two sisters.
Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel. A
funeral will be at 10a.m. Saturday at the chapel.
