Published in Press-Enterprise on July 7, 2013 Riverside CA DOROTHEA OLIVE LAKE Dorothea Olive Lake died peacefully in her sleep on June 29, 2013 at 100 years of age. She was the loving wife of Albert Charles Lake, Riverside City and County Librarian for twenty-eight years. Dorothea was born in 1913 in Manitoba, Canada, and taught school in Vancouver, Canada. She is survived by her three sons, Keith, Donald and Michael; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She recently celebrated her 100th birthday party at the Mission Inn surrounded by her extended international family. Private services will be held.
