                      Eddie Janette Worthy

                         * COLUMBIA - Eddie Janette Worthy, 82, died April
                           26, 2000.
                           Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the
                           late Doc and Orie Lake.
                           Survivors include a sister, Louise Lake Grant;
                           and two grandchildren.
                           Services will be at 3 today at United Baptist
                           Church, with burial in Palmetto Cemetery.
                           Leevy's Funeral Home, Taylor Street, is in
                           charge.
