Edith E LAKE

Edith Eileen LAKE, 65, of Sterling, died of congestive heart failure
Oct 17 at Loudon Hospital.

Mrs. Lake was born in Uniontown, PA, in 1937 to the late Charles and
Eva M. Wandell. She worked as a teachers aid at the Christian Fellowship
Church School in Ashburn.

Survivors include her husband, Richard P. Lake of Sterling; two sons,
Keith A. Lake of Clearwater, FL., and Jeffrey L. Lake of Ashburn; one
daughter, Karen E. Lake of Sterling; four sisters, Maryolive Hill of
Gulf Hills, AL., Dorothy Mitchell of Baskin Ridge, NJ, and Doris Fouch
and Marilyn Wandell of Uniontown, PA.; three brothers, Charles Wandell of
Kent, OH., Robert Wandell of Uniontown, PA., and David Wandell of Holley,
NY,; and two grandchildren.

Services were Monday at Christian Fellowship in Ashburn.  Interment was
at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon.

Memorials may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, 1212
Connecticut Ave., N. W., #501, Washington, DC 20036.

Arrangements were by Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon.
