LAKE - Funeral Service for Edward J. Lake will be held 10:00 AM
Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000 in Calvary Christian Fellowship. Interment will
be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Mr. Lake, 57, passed away
Friday, Jan. 7, 2000. He retired from the Navy and was a member of the
Fleet Reserve and the American Lodge Post #316. Survivors include his
children: Michael J. Lake and his wife, Robin, and Bernadette, Diana and
Mary Lake; his fiancee, Bonnie Anderson; and three grandchildren;
Christian Jordan Smith, Jessica Lam and Julie Lam. Family will receive
friends from 6 - 8 PM Wednesday in the HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME,
1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach. In lieu of flowers memorials may be
made to the American Diabetes Association, 1101 N. Lake Destiny Road
#415, Maitland, FL 32751.

US NAVY VETERAN
Edward J. Lake, 57, died Friday, Jan. 7, 2000.  He retired from the U.S.
Navy and was a member of the Fleet Reserve and the American Legion Post No.
316.
Survivors include his children, Michael J. Lake and wife Robin, Bernadette,
Diana and Mary Lake, and three grandchildren, Christina Jordan Smith,
Lessica Lam and Julie Lam.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 13, 1000 in Calvary Christian
Fellowship.  Interment will follow in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell,
FL.  The family will receive friends from 6p.m. to 8p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12,
in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes
