LAKE, Effie W., age 94, of Flint, died Thursday, February 17, 2011
at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held
4 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480
E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Pastor Dale Lewis officiating. The family
will receive friends Wednesday from 2 p.m. until time of service. Effie
was born on January 27, 1917 in Morgan County, Tennessee, daughter of
the late John and Pearl (Pittman) Barnett.  She was preceded in death
by her husband, Richard Lake in 2001 and a son, Ralph Craig. Effie was
a longtime member of Fruitland Baptist Church. She is survived by three
children, Mary Dunigan of Flushing, Ella Mae Radtke of Flint, and Toby Lee
(Steve) Baldwin of Arkansas. Effie is also survived by 5 grandchildren,
8 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren. Condolences
