LAKE, Eleanor Anne
December 16, 1912 - December 14, 2006
   On December 14, 2006, 2 days before her 94th birthday, Eleanor Lake
passed away.
   Eleanor is survived by her daughters: Evelyn (Harold) Dickhout,
Betty Anne (Dale) Joslin, Frances (George) Ostashek, daughter-in-law
Bonnie Lake (Dale). Grandchildren: Nancy (Mike) Young, Calvin and
Peter Dickhout, Betty Jean Emberly, Mari-Anne, Guy, Darren (Tara),
Barb Joslin, Nadine (Dean) Forsythe, Mike (Debi), Dan (Karen Lake,
Andrew (Tamara) Yeung, Eldon Ostashek; 23 great-grandchildren and
two great-great-grandchildren; sister Betty Colborne and many nieces
and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Stanley, son Mark,
granddaughter Wendy Ostashek, great-grandchildren Amanda Dyck and Andrew
Boily, sister Margaret Shaw. The family would like to thank Jean Heavenor
for her faithful visits and the staff at Grandview for their care and
support.
   In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Mustard Seed, Box
1842 Main PO, Edmonton, AB T5J 2P2. A celebration of Eleanor's life will
take place on Dec. 19, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Braemar Baptist Church, 7407 -
98 Avenue, Edmonton, Dr. Tim Colborne oficiating.
