Prochazka, Elizabeth J. "Betty" (Nee Lake) Found Peace surrounded by her
loving family on April 20, 2009, at age 78 years, after her courageous
battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Rudolph. Dear mother of Dennis
(Patti), Thomas (Lori) and Christine. Loving grandmother of Daniel (Lisa),
Jennifer (Eric) Retzlaff, Catherine and Mary, and great-grandmother of
Calvin and Jaxson. Fond sister of Alice (Howard) Venz, Roseann Tank,
the late Lorraine and the late Theodore. Also survived by other relatives
and friends.  Visitation Wednesday 4-8PM at the Funeral Home, and Thursday
11AM until time of Mass, at 12:30PM, all at Our Lady of Good Hope Church,
7152 N. 41st St.  Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Special thanks to
the staffs at Horizon Hospice Home Care and Ruth Hospice, for their
