ELIZABETH LAKE
Elizabeth "Betty" Lake, 89, a longtime Tacoma restaurateur, died July 17 at 
the Port Orchard Care Center.
She was born Dec. 18, 1908.  She married Harlan B. Lake on Nov. 5, 1927 in 
Burr Oak, Ks.  He preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Janice M. Goodman; three grandchildren and 
five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Piper-Morley Funeral 
Home, 5436 S. Puget Sound, Tacoma, preceded by a visitation there from 10 
a.m. until the service begins.  A graveside service will follow at New 
Tacoma Cemetery.
