Times Herald-Record Middletown, NY 10 July 2010 ELIZABETH M. GARRISON Cornwall, NY Formerly of Ft. Montgomery, NY Elizabeth M. Garrison of Cornwall, and a former 50-year resident of Ft. Montgomery, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2010, at Elant at Goshen. Daughter of the late James P. Sullivan and Elizabeth L. Kehoe Sullivan, she was born in New York, NY on December 10, 1914. Elizabeth was a retired Registered Nurse at Cornwall Hospital. She was a member of Highland Falls Garden Club, Charter member of the Town of Highlands Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Eucharistic Minister at Blessed Sacrament Chapel in Fort Montgomery and former co-owner of The Commander. She was the widow of Fillmore E. Garrison. Survivors include her sons, Phillip Garrison of Kansas City, MO, Stephen Garrison of Phillipsburg, NJ; daughters, Sheila Garrison and Christine LaMothe, both of Cornwall; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 13, at Blessed Sacrament Chapel in Ft. Montgomery with Rev. Jack Arlotta officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 419 E.
