Elsie Marie Devine, 71, of Towanda, Apt. 204, Colonial Towers, died
Sunday afternoon August 20, 2006 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre,
Pa., following an extended illness.

She was born May 11, 1935 in Hackettstown, NJ, a daughter of the late
James Lake and Stella Deverner.

She is survived by her husband Harold W. Devine, Jr., four children Frank,
Harry, Robert, and Dianna; six grandchildren and one great grandson. She
loved her family.

She was predeceased in death by two children Harold W. Devine Jr., III,
Mary Ann, and a granddaughter Brittany.

A viewing will be held Saturday, August 26, 2006 from 1-3 p.m. at the
Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home, Inc., 225 S. Main Street, Athens, Pa. There
will be no services.
