The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Sykes Funeral Home and Crematory, with the Rev. Terry Brown officiating. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, in Washington, D.C., at a later date. She was born Nov. 9, 1920, in Salem, W. Va, daughter of William Howard Hazelwood and Kizzia Bates Hazelwood. She was the widow of George O. Lake and was preceded in death by a son, William H. Lake. Mrs. Lake was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include a son, George E. Lake, Clarksville; two sisters, Ida M. Kimball, Daytona Beach, and Judy Bolton, Humboldt; and three grandchildren.
