Ethel G. Lake

Funeral for Ether G. "Tiny" Lake, 95, of McClelland will be Thursday at 3 
p.m. at Cutler Funeral Home with the Rev. Howard Pruitt, pastor of the Church 
of God of Prophecy, officiating.

Mrs. Lake died April 15 at Indian Hills Nursing Center.  She was born July 
17, 1905, to Orville S. and Nellie L. (Davis) Swigart in Council Bluffs and 
lived in Council Bluffs all her life.

She was a homemaker and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.

Mrs. Lake was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L., in 1987.

Survivors include two sons, Melvin L., of McClelland and Vernon L. and wife, 
Judy, of Council Bluffs; a daughter, Eileen Opitz, and husband, Ralph, of 
Lower Lake, Calif.; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces and 
nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral 
home.  Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be offered to the church.
