Sun-Gazette 2/4/2014 Page A-7 Williamsport PA Evelyn Eileen Brennan Evelyn Eileen (Robbins) Brennan, of Red Lion, 85, passed away Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life tribute service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6y, 2014 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc, 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, with Certified Celebrant Betty Frey officiating. Viewings will be held Friday, Dec. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born Jan. 5, 1929, in Williamsport, Evelyn was a daughter of the late Herbert Thomas and Florence Helen (Winters) Robbins. She worked as a secretary for Community Progress Council at Planned Parenthood until her retirement in 2010. Evelyn was an excellent seamstress. She would sew anything from bridal gowns to her own square dancing dresses. She was a hard-working woman. Evelyn loved her family and took delight in helping raise her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family. Mrs. Brennan is survived by two sons, Matthew Thomas Brennan, of Williamsport, and Joseph Edward Bre3nnan and his wife Cynthia, of Red Lion; three daughters, Deborah Ann Heaster and her husband Doug, of Orem, Utah, Mary Elizabeth Erdman and her husband Doug, of Williamsport, and Kathleen Patricia Witham and her husband Timothy, of Red Lion; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Marjorie Ann Starr, of York; and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by two brothers, Herbert T. Robbins Jr . and James L Robbins and also three sisters, Mildred Corey, Doris M Grubb, and Elizabeth Grimm.
