Loving wife of William R. Kotapish; mother of Paul Kotapish (Shivaun),
William J. Kotapish (Bonnie), Susan Heartwell (Phillip), Kathryn Gendreau
(John), Elizabeth Seagrave (Brian) and Jane Kotapish (Joshua). Sister of
James and Phillip Lake. Also survived by 15 grandchildren. Friends may
call at the MURPHY FALLS CHURCH FUNERAL HOME, 1102 W. Broad St. (Rt. 7)
from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 31. where prayers will be recited at 8:30
p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. John the Beloved
Catholic Church, 6420 Linway Terrace, McLean, VA on Saturday August 1
at 10:30 a.m. Interment private. The family suggests in lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital,
