Frederick J. Lake Jr., 79, of North Fort Myers, FL, formerly of
Lackawaxen, PA, peacefully passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011. He was
born September 17, 1931 in Dover, NJ to Marjorie and Frederick Lake,
Sr. He was a veteran of the US Army and an active member of the Veterans
of Foreign Wars. Fred was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50
years, Frances C. Lake; his parents, Marjorie and Frederick Lake, Sr.;
son, Frederick Lake III; and brother Kent Lake. He is survived by his son,
Robert Lake of PA; daughters, Patricia Lewis of Cape Coral and Carolyn
Barajas of Cape Coral; sister, Joan Meredith of PA; five grandchildren;
and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be held in Pennsylvania with
