"Frederick R. "Freddie" Lake
     Frederick R. "Freddie" Lake, 61 years, of Holland, OH, died Sunday, June 
20, 1999 at his residence with his family at his side.  Freddie was born on 
January 19, 1938 in Millbury, OH to Merrien and Myrtle (Apger) Lake.  Freddie 
was a press operator for Toledo Stamping for 31 years, retiring in 1986 due 
to a disability.  He was a chairman for U.A.W. Local #12 for 9 years.
     Surviving are his wife, Judy; son, Michael R.; daughter, Joyce A. 
Vandergrift; grandchildren, Tony, Danny, Brianna and Ian; sister, Mrs. 
Barbara (Bruce) Brown; brother, Carl (Jeanette) Lake.  He was preceded in 
death by his parents, Bud and Myrtle; and sister, Betty J. Dick.
     Friends will be received in the Neville Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 
7438 Airport Hwy, Holland, after 2 p.m. Thursday, where funeral services will 
be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 25, 1999 with Pastor Ruth Cunning, 
officiating.  Interment Springfield Township Cemetery."
