               LAKE, FREDIA M.
               OF HUNTLEY FOR 16 YEARS
               Funeral services for Fredia M. Lake, 62, will be held at
               11 a.m. Thursday, at the James A. O'Connor Funeral
               Home, 11603 E. Main Street, Huntley. The Rev. David
               Massey will officiate. Born Sept. 2, 1938, in Marion,
               Ill., the daughter of William and Mayme (nee Pritchett)
               Lautz, she passed away Sunday, April 29, 2001, at
               Governor's Park, in Barrington. Burial will be in the
               Huntley Cemetery. Fredia was a former employee of the
               Union Specialty Corp. of Huntley and a member of the
               Christian Fellowship Church of Crystal Lake. She is
               survived by her husband, Harold Lake, whom she
               married in 1985; mother, Mayme Drew of Marion;
               children, Suzanne (Michael) Groesser of Lake in the
               Hills, JoAnn Schulten and Herb (Gail) Shulten of
               Sharon, Wis.; nine grandchildren, sisters, Marilyn
               (Kenneth) Tanner of Stone Fort, Ill. and Peggy (Don)
               Sprague of Marion; and brother, Billy Joe (Maude)
               Galliher of Granite City. She was preceded in death by
               her father, William Lautz; stepfather, George Drew; and
               daughter, Louann Schulten, in 1998. Visitation will be
               from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Memorials
