      Gayle Hendrickson Lake 1941 ~ 2004  Gayle Hendrickson Lake, age 62,
passed away Feb. 23, 2004 in Murray, UT after struggling valiantly for
nearly five years with cancer. Born September 20, 1941 in Logan, Utah,
daughter of Arthur LeMar and Maxine Nelson Hendrickson. Married Gerry
Edward Lake, October 30, 1959; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS
Temple. Gayle served in the Primary organization of her ward, enjoyed
crocheting, collecting cookbooks, camping with her family and loved
working with advancement in BSA. Gayle was always persistent, upbeat
and cheerful.  Survived by husband, Gerry; children, Jeff (Beth),
Sandy; Greg (Camie), Kearns; Jolynn (Darren) Schmidt, Taylorsville;
Robert (Sharleen), Salt Lake City; David and Jeanette (Shane) Hunt,
both of Taylorsville; 14 grandchildren; sister, Cheryl Fortie, West
Valley City. Preceded in death by parents; and two brothers and one
sister all who died in infancy. Funeral services will be held Sat.,
12:00 noon at the Taylorsville 1st Ward, 4845 S.  Woodhaven Drive (1365
West). A viewing will be held Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home,
4330 S. Redwood Rd and Saturday at the church, 10:30-11:45 a.m. Interment,
Larkin Sunset Gardens.
