LAKE Col. GERALD A. LAKE "Jerry" USA Ret. (Age 94) Passed away on
Thursday, April 9, 2009 at his long-time residence in Arlington, VA.
Col. Lake served 30 years in the U.S. Army. Survived by his wife
of 69 years, Marylee Lake; three sons, Jerry, Don and Barry; three
grandchildren, Aaron, Kristi and Jason; and three great-grandchildren,
Marley, Michael, and Mason. Friends and family are invited to the funeral
service at Arlington Forest United Methodist Church, 4701 Arlington Blvd.,
Arlington, VA on Tuesday, April 14 at 12 noon.  Interment Arlington
National Cemetery with Full Military Honors on Monday, July 13 at 11
a.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Capital
Hospice or the local chapter of the Disabled American Veterans.
