Gerald Lake Sr.

Gerald Allen Lake Sr., 77, passed away Sept. 3, 2012.

He was born in Eau Claire, WI on Jan. 26, 1935. Gerald was in the U.S.
Navy and served in Korea. He raised his family in Riverside, Calif where
he was a supervisor at Rohr Industries for over 30 years and then moved
to Orange Park, Fla in 2005.

He is survived by his sweetheart, Nancy Garvey; sister, Maxine Drung;
brother, Thomas (Mary); his daughter, Victoria Womack (Rusty); son,
Gerald A. Lake Jr.; daughter, Valerie Polk; grandsons, Justin Costello,
Ronald Polk II and Ryan Polk; great-granddaughter, Felicity Costello.

A Memorial Service will be Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 in Jacksonville, Fla.
