Geralda L Woodside, 84, of Muncy, died Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Williamsport
Regional Medical Center.

Born Feb. 24, 1931, in Hughesville, she was the daughter of the late Myron
Leo and Velma (Breech) Robbins.  On Dec. 11, 1948, she married the late
Alton W. Woodside and together they celebrated 56 years of marriage.

Geralda enjoyed sewing, hunting, canning and baking homemade bread.  She was
also a very loving and caring person who enjoyed helping others.

Surviving are two daughters, Anita K. (Scott) Wertz, of Muncy and Linda C.
(Bill) Heim of Montoursville; one son, John L. (Susan) Woodside, of
Unityville; five sisters, Agatha I Mordan of Unityville, Adra I Clark,
of Montoursville, Alice K Rider, of Hughesville, Dorothy M. Myers of Knox
and Genevieve J. Sheatler, of Hughesville; eight grandchildren; and many
loved great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two
sons, Samuel B. Woodside and Henry A. Woodside; a daughter, Frances Jean
Flick; a grandson, Nathan J. McHenry; and three brothers, Myron L. Jr.,
Dale L. and Zack Robbins.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 16 at McCarty-Thomas
Funeral Home, 557 E. Water St., Hughesville, with Pastor Lucy Temple
officiating.  Burial will be in Gordner's Cemetery, Unityville.  Friends may
call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
