LAKE, Geraldine Vivian - 73, Bramber, Hants Co., died November 12, 1999, in
Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born March 2, 1926, in Scotch Village,
Hants Co., she was a daughter of the late Mary Wilson. In her earlier years she
was an avid bingo player. She also loved to go to yard sales. She is survived by
daughters, Mary (Royce) Lake, Lake Echo; Elva (Robert) Elliott, Rawdon; Emma
(Norman) Greeno, Bramber; Sharrol (Norman) Lake, Walton; Merna (Maurice) Brown,
Ontario; Georgina Lake, Ontario; Crystal Lake, Ontario; Valerie (Rickie)
Beckman, British Columbia; son, Bernard (Evette), Walton; 26 grandchildren; nine
great-grandchildren; sister, Elda Swinamer, Windsor. She was predeceased by
Embert Burnard Lake; two sons in infancy; granddaughter, Gale. Cremation has
taken place. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday, in Lohnes-Beazley Funeral Home, 419
Albert St., Windsor, Rev. Garnet Parker officiating. Burial at a later date.
Donations to Camp Hill Hospital or Hants Community Hospital.
