Barrie Examiner; Barrie ON Canada; 2005-7-22 LAKE, GRACE IRENE ELDER O'HARA At peace, with family by her side, Mom passed to a place of love, once again reunited with her loving parents John and Grace, much loved brother Bill and sister-in-law Marge, infant son Ian and all those she loved in spirit. Left to keep her memory alive, loving daughter Cheryl and special son-in-law Jakob and granddaughter Wendi. Loving daughter Dianne, son-in-law Jack and twin grandchildren Natasha and Joshua. Loving son Alex, daughter-in-law Eileen, grandchildren Ian, Megan Alexis, Moya, Lydia, and great grandchild Kezia. Loving sister Jean and special brother-in-law Jim. Our Dad Stan and stepmother Shirley who offered us support and love. Loving and true friend Maureen Hamilton who never left Mom's side. Loving friend of Jean Artis and her family who sent prayers of peace. We are thankful for all the support we received from the community; Bayshore Nurses who showed Mom kindness, C.C.A.C. for assisting in finding support networks that made Mom comfortable. Red Cross home support worker's and last but not least the outstanding health care team in Palliative Care at R.V.H. We couldn't have given care to Mom at home without you. A talented, artistic woman who had a great sense of humour and lived life her way. Mom you truly lived up to your name. May you always Rest in Peace and may the "wind always be at your back" until we meet again. We love you Mom. No service by request.
