H. Chester "Chet" Lake
of Binghamton
H. Chester "Chet" Lake, formerly of Ontario, N.Y., Rochester, and
Ocala, Fla., died on July 7, 2008 at age 89.  Predeceased by his wife,
Louise, and his brother, Elton. Survived by his son, Alan (Anne Pidano);
grandsons, Stephen and Gregory; daughter, Lindsay (Ken) Morgan; nieces,
nephews, and friends. He was a sweet and gentle man.  Friends are
invited to call Saturday, 11-1 p.m. at MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 1961 Ridge
Rd., Ontario, where his Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Burial,
Furnaceville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a
charity of your choice in Chet's memory.
