Clarksburg Exponent Telegram; Clarksburg WV; 2001-7-31 FLATWOODS -- Mrs. Hazel G. Mollohan, 90, of Sutton, died Saturday, July 28, 2001, at Braxton Health Care Center after a long illness. She was born Sept. 18, 1910, at Cleveland, W.Va., a daughter of the late Luther E. and Nancy Plymon Lake. She was a member of the Mount Nebo United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wade Helmick, in 1960, and her second husband, Arnold Grant Mollohan, in 1984. Surviving are a son, James W. Helmick, Martinsburg; a sister, Wanda McKinney, Salem, Ohio; a brother, Homer Lake, Haines City, Fla.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Dwayne Helmick; a sister, Mary Adams, and brothers Willard and Orville Lake. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2001, at the Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home with Rev. William E. Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Kniceley Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home at Flatwoods. The Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home of Flatwoods is in charge of arrangements.
