HAZEL M. (LAKE) STEWART
ROCHESTER
Hazel M. (Lake) Stewart, 69, of Rochester, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 5,
2004, in Aliquippa Hospital.  Born Nov. 24, 1934, in Midland, a daughter
of the late Haze and Thelma (Spencer) Lake, she was a former member of the
Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Midland and was a registered nurse at UPMC
Rochester in the mental health department.  In addition to her parents,
she was preceded in death by a son, Claude W. Stewart, and a daughter,
Joy M. Stewart.  She is survived by her children, Jan Stewart and Jill
Thompson and her Husband, Chester, all of Rochester, two grandchildren,
Jamal M. Stewart and Joy Thompson; a brother Herbert W. Lake, Sr.,
Youngstown, OH, and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received
in the Gabauer Funeral Home, Inc. at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Inc.,
Daughterty Township, Friday fron 11 a.m. to noon, the time of service, in
the funeral home chapel with the Rev.  Kenneth G. Crumb Sr. officiating.
Entombment to follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Daugherty
Township.
