Wheeling News Register; Wheeling WV; 2006-7-2 HENRY, Helen Dobbs Leek, age 71, of New Bern, N.C., formerly of Moundsville, W.Va., died Friday, June 30, 2006 at home. She was born December 8, 1934 in Marting, W.Va., the daughter of the late Clarence William and Leona Harris Dobbs. She was known as the "Most Giving Person" and will be missed by many friends and family. She was a retired manager and a member of the reorganized Church of the Latter Day Saints, Moundsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Leek; a son, Dave Allen Henry; a daughter, Belinda Leek; a brother, Norman Dobbs; and a sister, Kay Frazier. Survivors include three sons, William Leek of New Bern, N.C., Stephen (Cindy) Leek of Wheeling, W.Va. and John Leek of Sanford, N.C.; three daughters, Charlette (Russ) Becker of New Bern, Paula Weires of Bridgeport, Ohio and Anita Leek of San Francisco, Calif.; a brother, Dale Dobbs; a sister, Wanda D. Cummingham, both of Moundsville; and 11 grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at the Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville with James Bickerton officiating. Interment in Nauvoo Cemetery, Glen Easton, WV.
