Henry J. Lake
Henry J. Lake, 52, died early this morning at his home, 13 Benton street,
after a prolonged illness.  Born in Brantford, Ont., he had resided
here the past 25 years.  Surviving are his wife, Gertrude, nee Karp;
two daughters, Nancy and Janet; two brothers, William of Preston, Ont.,
and John of Hamilton, Ont., and two sisters, Mrs. Alex Wally of Preston
and Miss Janet Lake of Brantford.  Rites will be held Thursday afternoon
at 2 o'clock from the residence and at 2:30 o'clock from the Broad Street
Baptist church.  The Rev. C. R. Hammel will officiate.  Burial will be
in Elmlawn.
