Times Herald-Record Middletown, NY 28 Mar 2011 HENRY KUHL April 19, 1938 – March 26, 2011 Walden, NY Henry Kuhl, a 60-year resident of Walden, was called home on Saturday, March 26, 2011, with his family by his side. The son of Karl Hermann and Frieda Grasshorn Kuhl, he was born in Wildeshausen, Germany on April 19, 1938. A family statement reads: “Henry was big in stature and in heart who was dedicated to his daughters,son and their families. He loved his NY Yankees and one of the most proud moments in his life was when he was sworn in as a United States Citizen.” He is survived by his three loving daughters: Debra Davidson and her husband Charles, Deidre Kuhl, Donna Kuhl; grandchildren, Anamarie and Charles “C.J.” Davidson, all of Walden; sister, Eleanore Kuhl-Barrett of Buffalo; nieces, Victoria Barrett-Gregory and her husband, Michael, Lynn Lytle and her husband, Scott; two great nieces and one great nephew. He was predeceased by his son, Karl Henry Kuhl. A Memorial Visitation & Service officiated by Deacon Victoria Barrett-Gregory will be held on Tuesday,March 29, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden.
