TULSA, Okla. - Holly Melissa Lake, 25, of Tulsa died Sept. 10, 2000.
She was a 1993 graduate of Nathan Hale and was a senior at Northeastern State 
University. She was a member of Alpha Iota chapter of Tri Sigma, where she 
served as secretary and vice president and was the 1997 Sigma of the Year. 
She was a certified patient care technician and worked at Trinity Episcopal 
Daycare.
Survivors include her parents, Garry and Paul Jean Lake; one sister, Crystal 
Lake; one brother, Jacob Lake; grandparents, Denton and Bonnie McColl of 
Spokane, Wash., Claude and Velma Lake of Lamar.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Moore's Southlawn Chapel in Tulsa 
with burial at 3 p.m. in Dug Hill Cemetery at Bella Vista.
Local arrangements are by Burns Funeral Home in Bentonville.

LAKE-- Holly Melissa , 25, of Tulsa, passed away Sunday, September 10,
2000. A 1993 graduate of Nathan Hale, she was a Senior at Northeastern
State University. Active member of Alpha Iota Chapter of Tri Sigma where
she served as Secretary and Vice President and was the 1997 recipient of
Sigma of the Year. Certified Patient Care Technician. Worked at Trinity
Episcopal Daycare. Survived by her loving family: parents, Garry and
Paula Jean Lake; sister, Crystal Lake; brother, Jacob Lake;
sister-in-law, Michelle and nephew, Logan; grandparents, Denton and
Bonnie McCool of Spokane, WA and Claude and Velma Lake of LaMor, AR;
many aunts, uncles and cousins; loving friends, Kara Hoover and Laura
Manning. The Alpha Iota Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma will be celebrating
Holly's life with a walk-a-thon on Tuesday from 21st and Riverside Drive
to 41st and Riverside to be followed by a candlelight vigil at 8 p.m. at
that location. Service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2000 at
Moore's Southlawn Chapel with interment at 3 p.m., Dug Hill Cemetery in
