CHADNEY, Irene A (LAKIN)

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2005, in Gateway
Little Chapel of the Chimes for Irene A. Chadney, who died April 23 at
age 93.

Irene Lakin was born Nov. 9, 1911, in Hood River.  She lived in Portland
intermittently until settling there in 1976.  She was a homemaker as
well as a bookkeeper for several companies.  In 1935, she married James;
he died in 1978.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, James G. and Roberta;
two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
