The Journal-News (Hamilton OH) Saturday, October 10, 1998, Page A4 Irma Bollenbacher Irma Bollenbacher, age 75, of Hamilton, passed away Friday, October 9, 1998, at 2:50 a.m. at Mercy Hospital of Hamilton. She was born June 10, 1923, in Hamilton, the daughter of Anthony and Ruth (Parker) Lakes. I*rma was employed in the maintenance department for Miami University in Oxford for 8 years, retiring in 1974. She attended the First Baptist Church. In 1948, in Newport, Kentucky, she married Glenn Bollenbacher. She is survived by her husband, Glenn; and one son, Michael Bollenbacher, both of Hamilton; one daughter, Glenda Uhlmansiek and her husban, John of Aurora, Indiana; one brother, Fred Lakes of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one sister, Alma Bollenbacher of Celina; and two granchildren, D. J. and Rusty Uhlmansiek. She was preceded i8n death by her parents; one brother, Melvin "Bud" Lakes and one sister, Mildred Shepherd. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 12, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, with Rev. Paul Marcum, Pastor of Fellowship Christian Center, officiating. Burial will follow in Venice Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the New Life Baptist Mission Food Pantry, 415 Henry Ave., Hamilton, Ohio 45011, or the charityof the donor's choice.
