James A. LAKE, 46, of Anita, Pa., died Wednesday, August 15, 2001.

He was born November 6, 1954, in Brownsville, Pa., son of the late James
LAKE, Sr. and Maretta J. STILES Lake.

A brother, Douglas W. LAKE, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his paternal grandmother, Luella M. Lake, East
Stroudsburg, Pa.; mother, Katherine M. Lake, Valier, Pa.; brother, Dennis
E. LAKE, Denver, Colorado; sisters: Rebecca Remington, Hiller, Pa.,
Kathleen Anthony, Jacksonville, Florida, Susan Kaplon, Elizabeth Walker,
and Amy Stewart all of Rural Valley, Pa.; several aunts and uncles;
numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 18, at 11 a.m. in West
Bend Methodist Church, East Millsboro, Pa., with the Rev. Daniel LAKE
officiating.

Interment will follow in West Bend Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to West Bend Methodist Church.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Skirpan Funeral Home, 135
Park Street, Brownsville, Pa.
