James L. "Poppy" beloved husband for 67 years of the late Carolyn "Nonnie"
Lake (nee Hawk). Loving father of Christine Marcum, Larry (Doylanna) Lake,
Ronald (Cheryl) Lake and Randy (Jennifer) Lake. Devoted grandfather of
Valarie (Jake) Hanford, Kelly Lake, Amber-Lea Marcum, James Lake and Logan
Lake. Great-grandfather of Boone and Dutch Hanford. Age 96 years. Relatives
and friends are invited to attend a gravesite service with military honors
on Saturday, 11am at Miamitown Cemetery (Miamitown). In lieu of flowers,
memorials may be made to Miami Whitewater United Methodist Church.
