Lake IV, James
LAKE James Lake IV, age 65, of Milford, beloved companion of Carol
A. Pryke, died on Monday, April 28, 2003, at Connecticut Hospice,
Branford. Son of the late James and Winifred Urquhalt Lake III, he was
born on July 31, 1937, in New York City. He owned and operated the Lake
Sites Co., Milford. Mr. Lake served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Lake
is survived by a daughter, Keara Q. Lake; a former wife, Noreen
M. Quinn-Lake, both of Manchester; and a sister, Wendy Erlandson and
her husband, Roy, of Northport, N.Y. A memorial service will be held
at the First United Church of Christ Congregational, 34 West Main
Street, Milford, on Saturday, May 10, 2003, at 1 p.m. Committal will
be private. Arrangements in care of the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107
Broad Street on the Green, Milford. Memorial contributions may be made
to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, CT 06405.
