JAMES VINCENT LAKE, 83, of Memphis, retired director of maintenance at the 
Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Harrisburg, Pa., died of heart failure 
Monday at Memphis Veterans Medical Center. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. 
Wednesday at St. Peter Villa Chapel with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery in 
Harrisburg. Canale Funeral Directors has charge. He was a communicant at St. 
Therese-Little Flower Catholic Church and was a World War II veteran. Mr. 
Lake leaves a son, James Vincent Lake of California, and cousins who cared 
for him, Sister Mary Ann Guthrie and Father Milton Guthrie.
