Times-Union; Warsaw IN; 2011-12-5 Jane Ann Clemens, 55, of 701 Terrace Drive, Winona Lake, passed away at 2:50 a.m. Dec. 3, 2011, in her residence. She was born Feb. 14, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, to Clayton and Ann Putnam Lakes. On March 22, 1980, in Warsaw, she married Donald "Don" Richard Clemens, who survives. She graduated from Buckeye Valley High School in 1974 and continued on to Grace College, Winona Lake, receiving her bachelor's degree in elementary education. She has resided in Warsaw and Winona Lake, having lived in Kosciusko County for the past 36 years. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she loved God and had extraordinary faith. She loved flowers, warm weather, the beach and was a superb interior decorator who volunteered her time to many organizations and individuals. She loved life. She will be truly missed. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Don Clemens, Winona Lake, a daughter, Carley (and spouse Ray) Reichard, Macy, two sons, Dan (and spouse Melissa) Clemens and Weston Clemens, all of Winona Lake, five grandchildren: Roy and Suzanne Reichard and Quinn, Eli and Luke Clemens, her mother, Ann Lakes, Winona Lake, her father, Clayton Lakes, Lady Lake, Fla., and two sisters, Libby (and spouse Tim) Thompson, Anderson, and Lynn (and spouse Dr. Daryl) Sander, Galion, Ohio. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Rodeheaver Auditorium, Grace College Campus, Winona Lake. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
