Janene died in her sleep on Sunday May 9th. She is survived by her parents Ernest and Varnita Osterhout, sisters Nancy Osterhout and Gayle Osterhout Childs, brother-in-law Larry, her son Devon Lake, daughter-in-law Erin, granddaughters Natalie and Moira, a large and loving extended family and her dear friend Jim Pierce. She is also survived by her cat, Edward and many dear friends. Janene was born March 25, 1954 at Scott A.F.B. in Illinois. She traveled around the country as a young person with her family while her father served in the USAF. She has resided in south Seattle since 1962. She loved taking care of folks and worked as a home health nurse. Janene will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and her compassion and caring for all. She had a deep and abiding faith and is dancing with the angels now. A celebration of her life will be held at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church. 4228 Factoria Blvd. S.E., Bellevue at 11 a.m. on Thursday May 13, 1999.
