LAKE, Jason Roger, 36 of Lebanon, died Saturday January 12, 2013 in
Lebanon, OH. Born August 8, 1976 to Roger Lake and Karen (nee: Wilson)
Gross in Cincinnati, OH.

Jason is survived by his paternal grandmother, Carolyn Lake of
Blanchester, maternal grandmother, Marie Wilson of Lebanon, father, Roger
(Cindy Farrar) Lake of Blanchester, mother Karen (Rick) Gross of Burnside,
KY, brother, Dustin (Tabitha) Gross of Burnside, KY, sister, Kelli (Tom
Brag) Lake of Dry Ridge, KY, niece, Elleah Gross, and nephew, Logan Gross.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 16th from 10:00-11:00AM
at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon with a service immediately
following. Interment will take place at Deerfield Cemetery in South
Lebanon, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Jason
Roger Lake Memorial Fund at LCNB. Arrangements were made by Oswald-Hoskins
