Jayne Hazel Patton died Sunday, June 1, 2003, at her home. She was 63.

Mrs. Patton was born Sept. 16, 1939, in Omaha, Neb., to Orville and
Helen Stubbs Lake.

She was a 1957 graduate of Kirkwood High School and worked for Schnuck's
grocery store in Wildwood before moving to Columbia in November 2002. Mrs.
Patton was a supporter of the arts, especially the theater.

She is survived by one sister, Suzanne Scogin of Jackson, Ala.; two
daughters, Tracy Baden of Lawrence, Kan., and Kristen Nordstrom of New
York; and two grandchildren.

Her parents died earlier.

Helen Stubbs Lake.  Jayne is a 1957 graduate of Kirkwood High School.
She worked for Schnuck's grocers in Wildwood, MO, a suburb of St. Louis
prior to moving to Columbia in November of 2002.  Jayne was a large
supporter of the arts especially the theatre.  She has been preceded
in death by her parents.  Survivors, daughter, Tracy Baden, Lawrence,
KS, daughter, Kristen Nordstrom, New York, NY, sister, Suzanne Scogin,
Jackson, AL; 2 grandchildren.  Memorials may be give to Arrow Rock

She graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1957. She worked for Schnuck's
in Wildwood before moving to Columbia in November 2002.

Survivors include two daughters, Tracy Baden of Lawrence, Kan., and
Kristen Nordstrom of New York; a sister, Suzanne Scogin of Jackson,
Ala.; and two grandchildren.
