Jean Lake, age 91, of Williamsburg, VA died peacefully in her sleep on
November 10, 2005. A native of Brookhaven, New York, she spent most of
her life living in Phoenix, AZ. Jean was a very independent woman who
loved knitting, crossword puzzles, tennis, and golf. She loved animals
especially her beloved Jodi and Bonnie Bell. Mrs. Lke was preceded in
death by her husband Bob Lake of Phoenix, AZ. She is survived by her
daughter Chanki Singer and Bart of Williamsburg, VA; son Gary Kleiber
of Charlotte, NC; grandson Emory Cloud Lake and his wife Sarah Mack
of Williamsburg, VA and Hong Kong, Ching. Service arrangements will
be private. The family thanks the staff and volunteers at the Walter
Reed Convalescent Center. In lieu of flowers please send donations
to the Heritage Humane Society of Williamsburg, VA. Nelsen Funeral
