JOYCE LAKE
    Walterboro -- Mrs. Joyce Fralick Lake, 64, of 1100 Green Pond Highway,
died Thursday, June 10, 2004, at her residence.
    Funeral services will be held 11 o'clock Saturday, June 12 in
First Baptist Church of Walterboro, with Reverend Doctor Steve Brown
officiating, directed by The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes,
Walterboro Chapel.  Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
    Mrs. Lake was born November 4. 1939 in Colleton County and was
a daughter of the late Olin Harvey Fralick, Sr. and Alta Mae Langdale
Fralick.  She was a retired secretary from Walterboro High School, where
she worked for 25 years and was the secretary for Lake's Welding Service.
She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Walterboro, where she
was the Preschool Sunday School teacher for many years and was formerly
a member of the sanctuary choir.  She will be remembered for her love
of church and family.
    Surviving are:  her husband, Donald Wayne Lake, Sr. of Walterboro;
son, Donald Wayne Lake, Jr. and his wife Tammy of Walterboro; daughter,
Brenda Lake Geddings and her husband Jesse of Manning; grandchildren,
Tyler Lake and Samantha Geddings; sister, Dot F. Gregory of Walterboro;
and brother, Olin H. "Buddy" Fralick, Jr. of Orangeburg.
    Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to First Bap[tist
Church for work in the mission field, Post Office Box 650, Walterboro,
